Corporate Governance Transparency Index (CGTI) is a tool developed by TM that evaluates the level of disclosure of corporate governance mechanisms of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). Based on international best practices, the framework scores & rates 38 variables against 6 indicators that measure the quality of information, accessibility, reliability, completeness, & timeliness.
The CGTI 2023, evaluates the disclosure practices for the year ended 31st December 2022, for all 32 SOEs listed under the Ministry of Finance. The assessment period for CGTI 2023 is from 14th August to 3rd September 2023.
