Corporate Governance Transparency Index for SOEs was developed under the project “Maldives: Enhancing the Practice of Business Integrity” funded by the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE)”.
A key objective of the project is to improve transparency and accountability of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs)’ management and governance. The Corporate Governance Transparency Index was developed with the objective of assessing and understanding the current disclosure of corporate governance practices among SOEs in the Maldives.
